As part of the process of finding the literature that can help me to predicate and support the purpose of this study applied in the practical field in College of Oslo and as a research for the Master in teachers training in technical education I have found the Theory of Expansive Learning as a valuable knowledge that I would like to explore more, even though I have been studying it since the Lecturers in Akershus University College proposed as a reference for the classes at the innovation module during the third semester
As well as, expansive learning analysis can be directed for learning organizations related with workplaces or academic institutions; the concept is based on linking the learning cycle with the social and economic changes that are generating the need for improving the learning process, in consequence appear the need for innovation.
I found that this theory fits with the topics I want to dig in order to find a good proposal of effective innovative learning methods and teaching practices, as I said this, I find that I have to relate the theory of Expansive Learning with Connectivism and as a result Innovation
As Expansive Learning have that Investigating the links between individual and social dimensions of learning and knowledge creation is one of his premises I consider social dimension and knowledge creation as key issues to relate both theories
I am now very interesting on this topic and I have found good sources of information applying an innovate method of elearning the Networked Student , hope I can continue improving the funcionality of this blog
